My name is Jay.

I think everyone (including myself) can identify with being in a break up at one point or another in their life.

Relationships are hard enough to build and maintain and break ups can have an almost physical pain associated with it (at least in my experience).

The last time I broke up with my ex girlfriend, I was so desperate to find a solution that I began looking for advice on the internet within days of her confirming that we were officially over.

I couldn’t get myself to let her go and did all the wrong things people do when they find themselves in that situation.

During my search on the internet, I found out what I was doing wrong and this revelation kinda put everything into perspective for me. I felt as if I was responsible for the break up but at least I learned what to avoid next time if I ever found myself in the situation.

This information alone gave me a different mindset and although me and my girlfriend got back together briefly after that, mainly due to some stuff I’d read in a guide on how to get my girlfriend back,  she had her own issues which I obviously couldn’t fix so I found myself breaking it off this time around.

Although I really wanted to give the relationship another shot and I really was deeply in love with my girlfriend, I was strong enough to realize that I didn’t have to put up with stuff that I didn’t want to. Too many people make that mistake actually.

Anyway, since I was good at building websites and writing, and since I now knew a whole lot that I didn’t know before that could help others, I decided to create this website so that I could help you find some relief.

Now the reason I can’t give you the free information here on the site is because I’m not a relationship expert. I don’t want to pretend that I’m one either.

These guys know a whole lot more than I do and they’ve helped me and lot of other people so I can only point you in their direction because I know that they can help you to be happy again.

I do provide some information on the blog but its not a complete step by step approach that would set you up for success, just nuggets of information that I know people have questions about.
